Randall Klein Presentation on Early Reading Mastery
This is a link to a presentation I gave for an online homeschooling community. It is one hour in length and covers–very well I think–my understanding of the steps, sequences and skills of early reading mastery.
It is a great review for those who are familiar with my work and a good introduction to those of you who aren’t.
My PowerPoint presentation and the discussion of my methods and materials begin at the 11:05 minute mark. The first ten minutes are an introduction by the event organizer and a few opening remarks about my background and how I began my lifelong passion for developmentally appropriate early reading instruction.
